Duration: 1 hour · Up to 2 guests. Arrive 15–20 minutes before your trip time with a valid photo ID. Operators must be 18+.

Cancellation Policy⌄
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows, and guests who arrive significantly past their reservation time, are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are reviewed and approved by Exotic Watersport; they are not issued automatically.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows. Guests are asked to arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time if another reservation follows. No-shows or guests who arrive significantly past their reservation time may result in cancellation without refund.
Weather Policy. Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather — severe rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe water conditions — reservations may be rescheduled to a future available date or issued a credit toward a future experience. Weather-related decisions are determined solely by Exotic Watersport.
Safety & Conduct. Exotic Watersport may cancel or terminate any experience without refund for intoxication or impairment, unsafe or reckless behavior, failure to follow safety instructions, or prohibited conduct such as racing. Pregnant guests may not participate. Guests may be held financially responsible for intentional or negligent damage to the vessel, equipment, or property.
