- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time if another reservation is scheduled after your booking.

- Boater Safety: Proof of completion of the required boater safety course may be required.
- Age Requirement: Renters must be 18 years or older.
- Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at check-in.
- What to Bring: Phone for photos/videos, sunglasses, sunscreen, and optional towel or change of clothes.
- Personal Items: Exotic Watersport is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- Food and Drinks: Light beverages are permitted. Please avoid bringing items that may stain or damage the vessel.
- Weather: Safety is our priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, reservations may be rescheduled.
Requirements and Restrictions
- Life jackets are provided and required during the experience.
- Guests must follow all staff instructions for safety purposes.
- Renters must be 18 years or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Proof of boater safety course completion may be required.
- Pregnant guests may not participate.
- Certain disabilities or medical conditions may affect eligibility to rent or participate.
- Guests are responsible for treating the vessel, equipment, and property with care and respect.
Safety and Conduct
Exotic Watersport reserves the right to cancel or terminate any experience without refund if guests appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, engage in unsafe, reckless, or disrespectful behavior, or fail to follow safety instructions.
Damage Responsibility
Guests may be held financially responsible for intentional damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or property during the experience.
Cancellation Policy⌄
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows, and guests who arrive significantly past their reservation time, are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are reviewed and approved by Exotic Watersport; they are not issued automatically.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows. Guests are asked to arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time if another reservation follows. No-shows or guests who arrive significantly past their reservation time may result in cancellation without refund.
Weather Policy. Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather — severe rain, lightning, high winds, or unsafe water conditions — reservations may be rescheduled to a future available date or issued a credit toward a future experience. Weather-related decisions are determined solely by Exotic Watersport.
Safety & Conduct. Exotic Watersport may cancel or terminate any experience without refund for intoxication or impairment, unsafe or reckless behavior, failure to follow safety instructions, or prohibited conduct such as racing. Pregnant guests may not participate. Guests may be held financially responsible for intentional or negligent damage to the vessel, equipment, or property.
