Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to browse, book, and pay on this site, regardless of ability. We've worked to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the standard most commonly used to evaluate accessibility — across the booking, checkout, and account pages.
What we've done
Keyboard navigation throughout the booking and checkout flow, screen-reader-friendly labels on every form field, sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link. This work is checked with both automated testing and manual review, and it's an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix.
If something doesn't work for you
No website is perfect, and we may not have caught everything. If you run into a page or feature that isn't accessible to you, please let us know — we'd genuinely like to fix it.
