SMS Terms

Text messages about a booking you have made with us: your confirmation, a reminder on the morning of your ride, your check-in link, and any change to your reservation such as a weather cancellation or a time change.

These are service messages about your own booking, and they are all we send today. Separately, and only if you tick the optional marketing box, you may in future receive occasional offers or promotions; that box is never ticked for you, is not a condition of booking, and you can stop those messages at any time by replying STOP.

Tick the SMS box on the booking form at bookexoticwatersport.com when you enter your contact details. The box is optional and is never ticked for you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Declining changes nothing about your booking; we will email you everything either way.

Message frequency varies. In practice you can expect a small number of messages per booking — typically a confirmation, a reminder, and a check-in link — plus a message if something about your reservation changes.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving them, according to your own plan.

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, so please do not rely on a text alone for anything time-critical — we send the same information by email.
